Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (from milk), stabiliser (E466), favourings, anti-caking agent (E551), colour (E150c), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (32 g) with 200-300 ml of water or milk. Drink 1 portion before workout and second immediately after workout.
